This is how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By placing an order with Outfit Co you're agreeing to everything on this page.
Outfit Co supplies and prints uniforms, workwear, teamwear and custom merch. All decoration is done with DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing applied with commercial heat-press machinery. We do not offer DTG or any other decoration method.
We only print garments we supply. We do not print customer-supplied garments under any circumstances. This is how we control quality from blank garment to finished product, and it's not negotiable.
Orders are placed through our online order builder, or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to acceptance, and Outfit Co reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Your invoice reflects exactly what you built and approved. Paying the invoice is your project approval, and production does not begin until payment has been received in full.
Every order receives a digital mockup before printing. Mockups are a visual guide: we aim for accurate representation, but variations can occur due to fabric differences, heat-press variables, and the difference between screens and physical garments. An exact match to the on-screen preview cannot be guaranteed.
Once a project is approved and paid, changes to artwork, placement, print size or any other design detail are not possible. This protects the production schedule for every customer in the queue.
All pricing is supply + print combined, quoted ex GST, and calculated by the order builder based on your garments, print positions and quantities. Quotes reflect the specifications at the time and may change if the project scope changes.
100% payment is required before any work begins. We accept payment by direct deposit. A proper tax invoice is issued on every project, and purchase order numbers are accommodated.
We don't proceed with any order without payment. Invoices left unpaid for longer than 7 days are deleted along with the project. If you still want the job after that, it starts again as a new order at current pricing.
Where an invoice is issued after production or delivery by prior arrangement (for example, postage on a second invoice), invoices not paid by the due date incur a late fee of 25% of the invoice total per week.
Our standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days from full payment and final artwork approval. This covers production only and does not include shipping time.
Paid rush options (sub-10-day and sub-7-day) are available on request. Rush fees vary depending on the client, the garments and the supplier: some stock ships from the eastern states and cannot be rushed regardless of fee.
You're responsible for providing your artwork. Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, high-resolution PDF) give the best result. High-resolution raster files (PNG, JPEG) are usually workable.
If your file needs work to be print-ready, artwork preparation is billed from $150. We waive this on larger orders and on quick fixes. What you get back is a reusable print-ready master of your artwork, a vector or a high-resolution raster file depending on what you supplied, that we keep on file, that you can request at any time, and that works for signage, business cards and anything else you'll ever print.
Production only begins after you've approved your mockup. It's your responsibility to check placement, print size, colours, sizes and spelling before approving. Revisions to get the mockup right are included and scaled to the size of the project.
Outfit Co is online only. There is no shopfront, no pickup and no collection: every order is delivered.
Delivery is free within our local zone, from Dalyellup through to Australind: Dalyellup, Gelorup, Withers, Usher, College Grove, Carey Park, South Bunbury, East Bunbury, Bunbury CBD, Glen Iris, Pelican Point, Eaton, Millbridge, Treendale, Australind, Leschenault, Picton, Davenport and Vittoria.
Orders outside the local zone are posted. Postage is billed at actual cost on a second invoice after your order ships. We can't guarantee carrier timeframes, and tracking is provided whenever available.
For posted orders, risk transfers at the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier. Optional shipping insurance is available at your request and cost, arranged at the time of ordering.
Everything we make is custom-made to your approved order, so all sales are final. Returns, exchanges and refunds aren't available for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with details that were on the approved invoice and mockup.
We print per the approved invoice. If what you receive doesn't match what you approved, that's on us: 100% replacement, guaranteed.
Claims for defects or errors must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order, with clear photos, a description of the issue, and details of any washing or wear. We keep a control test print from every unique artwork, so verified issues get resolved quickly.
We run a control test print for every unique artwork in an order, assessed for durability, adhesion, colour and wash performance. That test print is the benchmark if a quality concern is ever raised.
Screens show colour in RGB; we print in CMYK. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed result, and minor variation between print runs is normal in garment decoration. We don't guarantee exact colour matching unless a physical pre-print proof has been approved, which is available on request at additional cost.
Prints must be cared for per our garment care instructions. Damage caused by tumble drying, hot washes, bleach or harsh detergents, fabric softeners, or ironing over the print is not a print fault.
Minor variations in colour, tone or print density are normal within the industry and aren't grounds for replacement. We're not responsible for garment shrinkage, dye migration or fabric defects originating from garment manufacturers, though we'll always go in to bat for you with our suppliers when something's not right.
Outfit Co's total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total price paid for the specific order in question. We're not liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption or anticipated savings.
You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you supply: artwork files, design details, colours, garment sizes, spelling and placement instructions. You're also responsible for thoroughly reviewing proofs and mockups before approving. Once approved, errors that were present in the approved proof are your responsibility, and any additional costs from incorrect or incomplete information (reprints, labour, materials, delays) are yours.
It's your responsibility to ensure the uniforms we deliver meet or exceed the standards of whatever worksite or environment they'll be worn in. We make garment recommendations gladly, but they're based on how the garment performs during normal wear as you've described it to us: movement, temperature and physical requirements. Compliance with Australian standards and site-specific requirements is your duty of care, not ours.
We're not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by factors outside our reasonable control: supplier delays, stock shortages, carrier delays, force majeure, natural disasters, government restrictions and the like.
Keep backups of the materials you send us. If your order is part of an event or time-sensitive rollout, build in buffer and consider insurance: we'll hit our dates, but carriers and suppliers sit outside our control.
By accepting these terms, you agree to indemnify Outfit Co against claims, losses, damages or expenses incurred by any third party as a result of a breach of your responsibilities above.
You warrant that you own, or have full legal permission to use, any artwork, logos or trademarks you supply. Any legal claims resulting from misuse of copyrighted or trademarked material are your responsibility.
We photograph and share finished work for marketing: website, social media, portfolio. If you'd prefer your garments stay off camera, tell us in writing before production and we'll keep them out of everything.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. The "last updated" date at the top always tells you the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes, claims or legal matters arising from these terms or our services will be resolved exclusively under Western Australian law, before the courts and tribunals of Western Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
