Plain English, like everything else here: what we collect, why we collect it, where it lives, and what we'll never do with it.
When you place an order or get in touch, we collect what's needed to do the job and nothing more: your name, email, phone number, business name, delivery address, your artwork files, and the details of what you ordered. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep that correspondence too.
To quote your order, prepare your mockups, produce your garments, invoice you, deliver to you, and look after you afterwards. Artwork stays on file so your reorders take minutes. That's the whole list. We don't collect information we don't use.
Your details are stored in the professional systems that run our business: our order management database, our website hosting, and our accounting software for invoicing. All are established providers with their own strong security practices, and access is limited to our small team.
We never sell your information — full stop. We never hand your details to another business to use for their own ends, and you'll never end up on some random list you didn't ask for. The only reasons we ever use your information are the ones written on this page: doing your job, running our business, and — openly and carefully — advertising it. More on that just below.
Our site runs almost no cookies of its own. Embedded content (like the YouTube videos on our story page) may set cookies from those platforms. We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used — page visits and journeys, not identities — so we can keep improving it.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram (both run by Meta), and from time to time on Google. To do that properly, we sometimes give Meta a securely scrambled version of a contact detail like your email address — "hashed", so it can't be read back as your actual details. That lets us show our ads to people we already know, and to new people who look like our best customers. Meta matches it behind the scenes and never sees the raw information.
We only ever use basic contact details for this — never your artwork, never your order details, never anything more than we need. Want to be left out of it entirely? One email to admin@outfitco.com.au and you're out. No questions.
From time to time we'll email you — but not blasts, not a blog newsletter, not daily "buy now" noise. Sometimes it's just us reaching out: a heads-up on something we genuinely think fits you, an idea for your next run, a product we reckon you'd want to know about. Sometimes that goes to a handful of people it actually suits; sometimes it's one-to-one. Either way it's the kind of email you'd get from someone who knows your business — because we do.
Not interested? There's an unsubscribe on every one, or just reply and say the word — and that's the end of it. You won't be hounded.
While you're a customer, and after that for as long as makes sense for reorders and our records. Want your details removed? Email us and we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep (tax records, for instance, have their own rules).
Want to know what we hold about you, correct something, or have it removed? One email does it: admin@outfitco.com.au. A person reads it, and a person answers it.
We collect what the job needs, protect it properly, never sell it, and delete it on request. Old-school handshake, written down.
