your information,
handled properly.

Plain English, like everything else here: what we collect, why we collect it, where it lives, and what we'll never do with it.

01

what we collect

When you place an order or get in touch, we collect what's needed to do the job and nothing more: your name, email, phone number, business name, delivery address, your artwork files, and the details of what you ordered. If you contact us by phone or email, we keep that correspondence too.

02

why we collect it

To quote your order, prepare your mockups, produce your garments, invoice you, deliver to you, and look after you afterwards. Artwork stays on file so your reorders take minutes. That's the whole list. We don't collect information we don't use.

03

where it lives

Your details are stored in the professional systems that run our business: our order management database, our website hosting, and our accounting software for invoicing. All are established providers with their own strong security practices, and access is limited to our small team.

04

what we never do

We never sell your information. We never share it with anyone who isn't directly involved in producing or delivering your order. No marketing lists you didn't ask for, no passing your details to "partners".

05

cookies + analytics

Our site runs almost no cookies of its own. Embedded content (like the YouTube videos on our story page) may set cookies from those platforms. We use basic analytics to understand how the site is used — page visits and journeys, not identities — so we can keep improving it.

06

how long we keep it

While you're a customer, and after that for as long as makes sense for reorders and our records. Want your details removed? Email us and we'll delete what we're not legally required to keep (tax records, for instance, have their own rules).

07

questions or requests

Want to know what we hold about you, correct something, or have it removed? One email does it: admin@outfitco.com.au. A person reads it, and a person answers it.

the short version

We collect what the job needs, protect it properly, never sell it, and delete it on request. Old-school handshake, written down.
