If it's not covered here, the builder probably answers it by showing you. Still stuck? Call or email, we answer fast.
We supply and print quality workwear, uniforms and merch: tees, hoodies, polos, hi-vis, hats, jackets and industry-specific gear. You bring the logo, we handle everything from blank garment to printed, packed and delivered. The whole point is kitting your team out with zero hassle.
Through the online builder, whenever suits you. Pick garments, colours and sizes, drop your artwork on, and watch the price update as you build. Submit it, and we come back with a real mockup and an invoice for exactly what you built. Payment approves the project, and it lands on your doorstep in 10 to 14 days.
Yes, plenty. The builder shows what gets ordered the most, because that's what we can turn around fastest. But we supply and print most of what our suppliers offer, and their full ranges run to thousands of styles. If what you're after isn't in the builder, just ask and we'll sort it.
Yes: $350 ex GST per order. Our sweet spot is 10+ shirts or hoodies. We don't do single tees or one-off prints, and that's deliberate: we're set up to outfit teams properly, not to run one shirt at a time.
No. Not for anyone, not ever. We only print what we supply, because it's the only way we can guarantee the print and stand behind the garment underneath it. Everything we deliver, we chose, inspected and printed ourselves. That's the whole business.
Absolutely. Tell us what your team does and the conditions they work in (movement, temperature, physical demands) and we'll recommend garments that perform. One note: compliance with your worksite's standards stays your call and your responsibility, since you know the site and we don't.
DTF (Direct-to-Film), and nothing else. Soft feel, full colour, and durability that outlasts the garment when cared for properly. We deliberately don't do vinyl: it's heavy, it cracks, and it doesn't last. One method, done perfectly.
Always. Every order gets a digital mockup showing placement and size before anything touches a press. Nothing prints until you've approved it.
Standard prints run up to roughly 380 x 380mm, which covers nearly every chest, back and sleeve job. Need bigger? Show us the project and we'll quote it. Oversize work is maybe one in twenty jobs, and we love doing it.
Yes. Individual names, numbers, roles or titles across a team order are no problem. Add the details in the builder or flag it when we're doing your mockup.
Chest, centre front, full back, sleeves, hats, and combinations of them. The builder shows the placements available on each garment as you build. If you're picturing something unusual, ask: if we can press it, we can print it.
Vector files are best: AI, SVG, EPS or high-resolution PDF. A high-resolution PNG or JPEG usually works too. If you're not sure what you've got, send it through anyway and we'll tell you straight away.
We can usually rescue it. Files that need work to be print-ready incur an artwork prep fee from $150, waived on larger orders and quick fixes. And it's not money down the drain: you get back a reusable print-ready master of your logo that works for signage, business cards, and every future print job. We keep it on file, and it's yours to request any time.
Every price is supply + print combined, ex GST, and it depends on your garments, print positions and quantities. That's why we don't publish a price list: the builder prices your exact order live as you put it together. Two minutes in there beats any table of numbers we could print here.
100% upfront, by direct deposit. Your payment is your project approval, and production starts once it lands. You get a proper tax invoice on every order and we accommodate PO numbers as standard. Plenty of Bunbury businesses you already know have gone through this exact process.
We print per the approved invoice. If what turns up doesn't match what you approved, that's on us: 100% replacement, guaranteed. Claims within 14 days with photos, and we keep a control test print of every artwork so verified issues get sorted fast. Full detail in the terms.
10 to 14 days from payment and final artwork approval to your doorstep. Need it faster? Paid rush options exist for sub-10-day and sub-7-day turnarounds. Fees depend on the garments and supplier, and some stock ships from the eastern states and can't be rushed at any price, so ask early.
Every order is delivered: we're online only, with no shopfront and no pickup. Delivery is free from Dalyellup through to Australind, hand-delivered by us. Outside the zone, we post it and bill postage at actual cost on a second invoice after it ships.
South Bunbury, Western Australia. We're a completely online operation serving Bunbury first and the greater Southwest second, and we've been at it since 2020.
Two ways that work every time. First: every garment we supply has an official size guide from its supplier, linked below. Second, the old faithful: grab a shirt or hoodie that already fits the person well, lay it flat, measure it, and match those measurements against the size guide. That method beats guessing, every single time.
Please do: the links above go straight to their full catalogues, with every style, colour and size. We supply and print most of what you see there. A small number of items can't take a print, so if something catches your eye, send it through and we'll confirm on the spot.
Easily, and that's deliberate. Every piece of artwork stays on file, print-ready. New starters, replacement gear or a full top-up is a quick message, not a meeting. Most of our customers are on their fourth, fifth, tenth order.
Six habits, thirty seconds to read: the garment care page covers it. Short version: wait 24 hours before the first wash, wash cold and inside out, air dry, never iron the print. Cared for, the print lasts the life of the garment.
