Welcome to Outfit Co. We specialise in garment decoration services, including heat press application and DTG printing on uniforms. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • We provide garment decoration services using heat press application techniques for uniforms and other apparel. We also provide Direct To Garment printing (DTG) on cotton based garments.

  • Orders can be placed through our website, via social media messaging or by contacting our customer service team.

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

    Custom orders and specific requests must be confirmed in writing. Please ensure all details are correct on the provided mock ups at the time of ordering.

    Orders are guided by mock-ups showcased in the look book for each project, serving as a basic representation of the garment's anticipated appearance. Please note, an exact match to the digital depiction cannot be guaranteed due to the nuances of human execution and the inherent differences between digital visuals and their physical counterparts.

    Changes to artwork, graphic placements or sizing are not possible after project approval and initial 50% deposit has been paid.

    Project approval is required in writing (email, text or DM) prior to commencement of project.

  • Prices for our services are listed in look books provided for each project.

    50% payment is required before the commencement of any work unless otherwise agreed upon. 50% is due within 7 days of completion of project.

    We accept cash and direct deposit payments.

    Remittance advice is requested upon payment for both initial and secondary 50% payments.

    Late payment will incur a fee of 25% of total invoice amount per week after final due date of invoice. 

  • Our standard turnaround time is 14 days from the receipt of initial 50% payment, and final artwork approval. This does not include shipping time. We offer no shipping time guarantee, this relies solely on the shipping carrier. We provide tracking when available. 

    Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Fees vary depending on urgency and size of order.

  • Clients are responsible for providing artwork in the required format. We can offer design services for an additional fee. $100 for the first hour and $50 for each hour proceeding.

    We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production. It is the client's responsibility to review and approve all details. This includes placement, size, colour and any specific qualities that may be requested.

  • Completed orders will be shipped to the address specified by the client. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Shipping costs will be noted in initial invoice.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

    Local delivery is available to Bunbury based customers. After hours and urgent deliveries may attract fee’s.

    If orders are posted, the carrier/client bears all the risk. We cover your project until the time of handover at the place of carrier. Optional insurance can be added to shipping at the cost of the client. This needs to be established at time of ordering/invoicing.

  • Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Returns or refunds are only available in cases of defective merchandise or errors on our part.

    Any claims for defects or errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of merchandise.

    We ask clear, well taken photos are provided to demonstrate reason for return/refund.

  • Our liability for any claim related to the services provided shall not exceed the price paid for the service.

    We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

    Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all artwork and information provided to Outfit Co. for the purpose of completing an order. This includes, but is not limited to, design details, colours, sizes, and spellings.

    It is the client’s duty to thoroughly review and approve all proofs and mock-ups provided by Outfit Co. prior to production. Approval of all documents is confirmation that all information has been reviewed and is correct.

    If a client provides incorrect or incomplete information or artwork, the client is liable for any additional costs incurred for rework, including production costs and any associated delays.

    Disclaimer

    Outfit Co. will not be held responsible for any errors that are contained in the final product that were present in the approved proof and mock-ups.

    We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct by Outfit Co.

    Outfit Co. is not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, force majeure, acts of God, government actions, war, or national emergency.

    Clients are advised to maintain copies of all materials and information submitted to Outfit Co. and to ensure adequate insurance coverage for scenarios where garment decoration services are part of a larger project or campaign.

    By accepting these Terms and Conditions, clients agree to indemnify and hold Outfit Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses incurred by any third party due to the client’s breach of these responsibilities.

  • The client warrants that they have the right to use any design, trademark, or other intellectual property provided to us for the purpose of garment decoration.

    We retain the right to photograph finished products for promotional purposes unless specifically requested not to by the client.

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bunbury, Western Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts of Bunbury.
